An Introduction and an Explanation

Hello world! My name is Cami, and I recently found out that I am gluten intolerant. I'm starting this blog as a place to catalog my experiences and hopefully help others in the same boat as me. Now, as many of you who are also gluten free know, it is not just a simple "I can't eat wheat". I am fortunate to only have an intolerance, and am not a Celiac (that being said, those of you who do have Celiac Disease, proceed with caution), so cross contamination is not as huge as an issue for me. However, I will do my best to avoid it as much as possible. In addition to this, I cannot consume anything with sorghum flour, which is a common ingredient in many gluten free products. With that being said, I am open to both questions and suggestions, and hope I can help some people!
